Win 7 / V6.1 / Service Pack 1

If you click the image I've included you see a message but the log file is not in this location.

Any ideas?

Seems like your permissions do not allow to write the file into this location.

If you can't change it, then the most usual issue is your Firewall is blocking the access for the app. You just need to enable the access.

Thanks for the fast reply. My Firewall already allows this program through.

It could be the permissions, though this problem has only arisen in the past few weeks (I've been running it on this computer for a couple of years)

And I just allowed read/write to this location and the problem persists

If you still don't see the log file generated, that means your permissions still do not allow it.
The usual workaround is to run it as Administrator. I don't think just enabling read/write is enough.
