I lost 3 auctions, because my snipe wasn't placed or recognized by ebay. I use auctionsniper, and have never had this problem before. I found this forum while trying to figure out what's going on, because all my auction sniper reports say as a reason for me losing auctions is. "Did not win," and when I try verifying the reason, ebay's captcha request doesn't work... it just keeps giving me different strings of numbers & letters to copy. Very frustrating.

Unfortunately, all snipers experienced the same issue.
It looks like it caused by higher load on eBay's side which usually happens on Sundays.
It looks much better this time compared to what was there the previous occurrence, so things are getting better after all.
