Standalone iBidder not working! | Wed Nov 08, 2017 12:32 AM | | |

Hi,
I am registered user of the standalone MyiBidder and have found it not be functional for two bids I've made. For these bids, I have lost both items despite placing a higher bid than the purchased price. As an example, I placed a bid of $49.78 for an item when the winning item was only $42.99!
Can you please look into this issue and resolve it ASAP? I was expecting more from the iBidder having had no troubles using your free web page bidder. However, I do prefer the standalone as it is more convenient for me.
Thanks!

Sashka,
I think there is a problem. I have sent over the details on the "Contact Form".
The Stand Alone software will not log in. It says there is a connection or password problem. I have confirmed the user name and password are correct. I can log in and out of eBay just fine.
Thanks.

I'm confused. Please help me to clarify it.
You set you set a snipe and it failed, but now you are saying that you could not even login.
How did you set a snipe in this case? If you used the Web interface, then you have to use the same username/password to login to the windows app as you used to login to the Web interface.
The sniper has a separate account and not necessary matches your eBay credentials.
