Hi Sasha,
Where can I find the bidding limits and rules re: who wins an auction if one bidder bids .50 and the other .55?
I saw the answer many years ago, but not now.

The highest bidder wins.
The only exception is when your bid is lower than increment, in this case eBay will reject it.
