Our system is fully automatic. Once payment was made, your e-mail with Order Confirmation and registration key sent within 10 seconds.
Unfortunately, some e-mail providers (like yahoo.com, hotmail.com etc) may decide to put this e-mail into spam folder (junk folder) so you can check for it there.

If you purged your junk folder already or just want us to re-send it, please Contact us with the following information:
1. The exact date of your payment.
2. Your eBay User id you specified when made your payment.
3. PayPal transaction id (not required, but will speed up the process).

We answer to all e-mails within 24 hours usually.

If you did not get our response, that probably means that your spam filter is blocking our e-mails. For example, hotmail.com and yahoo.com do that sometimes.

You must check your junk folder and adjust your spam filter.
You may also add our e-mail to your white-list.

Suggestion regarding "activate" box Wed Apr 09, 2008 08:45 PM Quote

Hi,

I love your tool and use it all the time. But at first it was a little hard for me to figure out why when I post my bid my snipe is inactive. I noticed later that you have to click "activate" box in order for snipe to work. So my suggestion is to somehow make it more obvious that you have to not just place you bid but also activate the snipe.

Thank you in advance.

Regards,
Jules

Hi, I tried searching for "Firefox 3" and received no hits, so I'll post here.

Do you have a schedule for compatibility with "Firefox 3"? How about the beta version?

Thanks

Can I limited number of successfully sniped items?
For example, I want to keep sniping until I won 2 items and cancel the rest automatically.
