I'm new to the site, I have set 3 in the time box.
In the summary of the snipe it states 3 seconds, but in the advice box it mentions not to set less than 3 minutes.
Advice please, how to do this.

Also tried the beta2 version and chrome extension.

The installed version attempts to run but immediately crashes and closes, but remains in running tasks...?

The chrome extension when clicked on does absolutely nothing..?

any ideas ?

I entered Item ID, Max Bid then clicked the "Add Item". (and nothing else).

Does it automatically put this into "active/ending" state?
I see there's a "Snipe" button in the table row. What does this do?

I’d like to delete my old account and all info, etc. I used a really simple password and I am worried that my info will be linked to my more current account/passwords, etc., and I’d like to just start again. I couldn’t see anywhere on the site to do this.

Here’s something interesting though: when I realised how awful my password was, I realised that I must have made this account like aaaaages ago. I worked it out to be… wait for it… probably over ten years ago?!? I am so shocked!

The fact I have used this app for free, at no cost to myself for so long... well, I just thought it was only right I should contribute something.

I’m also posting this as a little prompt to all those who have, like me, used this software for so long without realising — we should show our appreciation, I think? If one can afford it, of course.

Developing an app or a service just takes so much *ongoing* effort (I didn’t realise, in my defence) and it literally takes just so much constant attention and care.

As an aside, I have also been forced to get into UX because of work, and I didn’t actually realise how difficult/stressful it is to get an iPhone app working, up, and accepted by the App Store. The fact these guys did it — again, for free — ages ago, before anyone else... I’m just shaking my head in disbelief and major thanks.

Okay, I’ll stop shilling now, hahahaha. Please do explain how one can pay something, and have a great day!

My bid was 1.67 EUR, item was gone for 1.00 EUR.

I can place bids as normal, but I'm getting the error message "Unconfirmed Registration" today after the auction has ended - was working fine yesterday.

I have case situation like this: the current bidding is €54.5 (I started 1st bidding at €52.5 , then I was outbid at €54.5), so i set my highest bidding was €90 and won the auction at €80. The point is only 3 bid which are: 52.5 ; 54.5 and 80 . Suppose to won the auction at 56.5 or something right? Because i am the last bidder and won the auction , but why €80.

I went in to the app to check the success of an ebay snipe but the app showed it had 4 days left (and was still counting down). I clicked through to the auction listing and eBay shows it ended 2 days ago and for half my snipe. I clicked back out and myibidder was still counting down until I refreshed and the snipe moved from "active" to "completed". The auction ran it's course and went for the start bid. There was no reason given for the failure and the snipe isn't even under "lost" - why did this fail and what can I do to prevent it in future?? It can't be due to lack of network coverage as I was home all day Saturday (2 days ago) & had access to WiFi all day.

Quick question as we navigate the Helene aftermath. While I was away, something seems to have happened with both the Chrome/Edge myibidder extensions. The myibidder icon has disappeared from the ebay item webpage. I've cleared chrome's cookies but did not work. Has anything changed with eBay regarding this extension? Thx John

I'm having problems with my sniper recently and wondering if you can help.

So, I got a notification that my ebay link expires and I need to re-link it again. Which I did.

After that I started having "Item cannot be purchased due to eBay or seller restrictions" error on some items (it means, sometimes the sniper fires, sometimes it fails).

for instance here is an item it failed to bid on - 387649196112.

it seems like it has nothing to do with seller restrictions, because it's the seller I've purchased from before and after (manually).

would appreciate if you can look into it.

this is hopefully a simple one but can be helpful:

(for the web view) display the ending time in table display (in the same timezone as reported by ebay), not only "time left".
"time left" is mostly useful for items that are due in short time, but at least in the web display is outdated short after the page loaded, and therefore meaningless if the page is left open for longer. The ending time is a per-auction static and remains valid no matter how old the reload is.
Either an additional column (but I believe it would make the table too wide in some cases), or as an additional line in the same cell as "time left". Since other cells use 2 lines as well, it often would not even make the table larger.

Must say that this web program has only gotten better with time and is very good! Would like to see a delete checked items button at the top of the list besides the one at the bottom so I don't have to scroll down. The majority of items I delete are towards the top. Would also still like to see a slightly expanded thumbnail when moused over if possible. Thanks

I have been using mybidder for a long time and am very satisfied with it.
But already several times faced a problem: on some lots mybidder does not "shoot" my bid on ebay.de, even though it was the maximum, and gives the following:
“My Status: 'You cannot purchase this item because you have received 3 warnings for unpaid items in the last 12 months'”.

I contacted ebay.de support. They said that there are no restrictions and warnings on my account for the last 12 months.
Can you tell me how to solve this problem?

I can't get into the software v114 getting this error everytime.

I am being told my login user name or password word are wrong and can’t login.

Haven’t used my eye, bitter for quite some time, but I am using the correct password and username because I have a password saving program.

Having difficulty getting to reset my password any help would be appreciated. I have followed the instructions by entering my new username and email, but it is not being accepted to reset my credentials.

How can you find out why my bids were not made, and the status is "Bidding restrictions on your account". There are no reasons I can see that my bid shouldn't have been accepted. No one else bid, seller and myself live in the same country and postage was added to winning price. This is the second time I've tried and both times failed.
