The current bid price of a listing never updates after the listing is added to my buying list. It remains exactly as it was at the time it was added. The only way to update it is to use the 'Refresh' button on the Snipe screen, on a per item basis - this is terribly clumsy and time consuming.

Please set this value to update automatically at a user chosen interval or add a global refresh button at a bare minimum.

The fact that the auto update feature is missing is totally baffling. Why even have a Current bid display if that's not what it displays?

I had set up a snipe which would have been the winning bid, however my bid was not placed and this message has appeared
'Unknown Error'

Please advise.

I placed this snipe but it never got sent or it wasn't received by ebay. See attachment. The snipe was for $32, the winning bid was $8.49

I ran the connection test and it passed.

I am no longer able to add any new auction listings.

Getting error message: "Item Number is invalid. Please try again" in Standalone Application.

And error message: "Invalid Item ID" "Error Code:12" while logged in directly via web browser.

Are you aware of the issue and are you working on a fix?

When you are in the Buy tab, what does the red background in the "My Bid" column mean?

I have installed the Myibidder extension in Firefox v95 and I have my ebay account linked. When I click on the snipe button on an auction item, a new small window opens with the error "No eBay search results in your browser.". I do not get this error in the Brave browser. I turned off all ad blockers and set privacy setting to Standard. Any ideas?

The snipe was activated but no bid was placed. No status is displayed and no email was sent. I set the snipe time to 5 seconds. I'm guessing network lag? Happened several days ago for the first time, just happened again.

NINE bids have just been - apparently - not placed. My account is showing as Linked and all of the bids were high enough to have won. I have received none of the usual emails from either Ebay or Myibidder telling me my bids have lost.
Ideas please - I have other snipes in the pipeline and now have no confidence these will be placed.

I had a snipe in for today - or so I thought. While the item went for £260 my snipe @ £400+ didn't win. Everything looks OK so what am I missing?

Looks like I have to add item, then find it and set snice, old interface was easier where I can add right away with the price

reset password, but still getting incorrect "user name/password invalid". I've used the same user name and password for years without a problem.

Hi there myibidder will not let me connect to my ebay account it dose not recognise my password for ebay I've tried many times without any luck .I'm using a galaxy S21 5g .please help .

I'm trying to use myibidder with Firefox. I added the extension, went to an ebay page and clicked the myibidder icon. It asked for a username & pw. I entered my ebay username and pw, and it said it was wrong. I went to the myibidder website and created an account (using the same username but a different pw than ebay's). I still get "wrong username/pw" when I try to bid on an item, no matter which pw I use.

What am I doing wrong?

I've now got myibidder successfully installed on Firefox and see how I can add a snipe. But how do I cancel the snipe if I change my mind? (I expect there will be a screen that comes up allowing me to cancel, but I just want to be sure before committing to bidding on something.)

Yes it happens most of the times

I had two snipes active, one of which was for a pair of shoues and the other for slippers. They were both for my wife, who subsequently, after I'd placed a snipe, decided that she didn't want to bid on the shoes.
Yesterday, probably less than 24 hours before the bidding ended I did what I thought was to cancel the snipe - but regardless, the snipe was placed and we won the bidding.
Can someone please tell me why: confirm to me that I closed the bid on the shoes by clicking in the box alongside the item: or if that's wrong, then how does one remove a snipe?
And if everything I did was right then what happened?

Why does my account have: Bidding restrictions on your account? At the moment, I have a German ebay account of my relative in Germany, but for some reason the sniper does not work. What could be the reason?
