I'm using Chrome with extension 1.0.18. I've sniped adult only items in past months. Today using the "Snipe it" link I get the "No eBay search results in your browser." window and when I try to enter the item manually at myibidder.com it spins for a second but nothing gets added and no error message is generated. Love your site, it's saved me a lot of time and money. You make people winners. Thanks

since the change of address (https://www.myibidder.com) I can no more login if I use Firefox as a browser.
It works with IE.

Could you fix it (I do not use IE)? Or tell me if whose settings to choose?

For some reason my "Snipe it" in Firefox doesn't go passed the processing stage. I do not get the option to bid.

I created a snipe using firefox plugin.
Then I login to myibidder.com.
I cannot see my snipe??
Am I doing this right?

Maybe I should have done the snipe submission on
myibidder.com?

Is there a way that I can view my firefox plugin

We released the first version of Myibidder application for Android.
This version is to test user interface, see how usable is it and what other things can be done to make it easy to use.

You can view your pending snipes, items you won, add new items, manage your snipes (increase/decrease snipe amount), etc.

There are some bugs, but those bugs should not affect sniping.

I lost my key/password a long time ago. To make matters worst, recently my computer crashed and I ended up having to reformat it. Is there any way possible to recuperate my key/password based on my User Id?

Ok so when I set the maximum bid does that mean that that is the bid that the ebay sniper will do? Or the sniper will bid up to that set amount and not bid any more if the bidding price is higher?

I log on to Firefox download page, click on download application, click on accept agreement and a warning window comes up:accept downloads from trusted sites, I click OK proceed. A Firefox window comes up: download will begin after you restart your Firefox, click on restart button --

and the cycle starts again, does not load.

Is there a way around this? I have restarted computer to make sure Firefox was closed and reopened.

I used mass add in to put items in a group set up to win 20 items. Seemed to work but now on my Groups page I see 67 items in the group, but when I click view items, only 11 are viewable. Can this be fixed without deleting the group name?

I bid on an item with myibay firefox sniper and won. My default site is the ebay UK site. When the item didn't arrive and I wanted to open a case with ebay, I got a notification that the item was bought through US site.
I am suspicious that this is because I used sniper, because otherwise I can't understand why I bought this through the US site.
Can anyone confirm my suspicions?

First off, FANTASTIC program, i've had NO ISSUES and it's worked every time, have been able to obtain some really awesome items with little to no stress.

My question though, as my subject already asks, is a first bid on the actual ebay site required in order for the snipe to work? Each time i've sniped something i've always placed an initial bid on the actual ebay site and was just wondering if that's required or am i able to snipe by simply adding it to myibay list and setting it up accordingly?

Dear Admin,
I turned off windows firewall running windows 7 service pack 1 ultimate, then I tried to use the new version of myibay the stand alone program, i registered the user name and password, and then i went to log in with my account info (user-name/password) when I put the user name and leave the password blank it says nothing, when i put a password in, it says invalid, I've changed the password 20 x and get the same thing, so i tried to use the Firefox plug-in and snipe with that and went to log in and the password again is not accepted, i used ebaygenie and it logs in fine, when i try to connect and log in with myibay with the plug-in for Firefox which is free or the standalone program, the password is rejected i included pics... You emailed me a nasty email and no solution, Yes I know the password has to be reset on the server, but you give no directions on HOW to reset the password, or update it, and why the password that is the current one on eBay is being rejected....... I know the problem isn't with the client and isn't with eBay, but is something wrong with your server or the account access on the server end, because you can clearly see that the program works in Firefox, and works in the windows app but neither can connect with the proper correct case sensitive password and user name!

Is there a minimum time required between items in a group to assure subsequent bids won't execute in the event an item is won?

Sellers seem to be now scheduling multiple auctions very tight to thwart group bidding so I'd like to set the time very tight--but don't want to accidentally win multiple quantities of the same item.
