When I try to use myibay, it locks up immediately after I enter my user name and password and click LOGIN. I have Windows XP with Firefox. Also, I have reloaded the software multiple times. (Done with a complete format and OS install). Thanks. K.

It appears that my execute file (myibay.exe) does not have an icon in it nor is there a seperate .ico file. I am getting an error message:
"Myibay Error:
Failed to load icon from the file:'c:\program Files\myibay\myibay.exe' (error 15106: user stopped resource enumeration.)"
Can you please help me?

is letting myibay access my ebay account safe? how do i know something won't happen, such as stealing my money?

ok, i clicked snipe on ebay page, typed in my username and password, and went through how many seconds and price and everything. what more further action is required of me, if any?

After setting the amount and activating under the snipe window the Snipe column still shows "No". I don't see any save button. What do I do?

I've just installed your addon in my Firefox 3.01 and now I find in my Customize Toolbar menu your SNIPE label with about 50 junk icons over it, yet if I drag it onto my toolbar, only the SNIPE attaches. Is there supposed to be an icon with the SNIPE button...if so, what? And what about all that other junk? I tried to attach pics but couldn't figure out how to do it. Sorry.

What happened to the "Manage Groups" button and more importantly the capability to Manage Groups? Also, when you add a group to the Groups list, all active auctions automatically are placed into that group and you have to manually and individually remove and correct them. You can't indicate how many auctions you want to win in each group so only your Default setting is applied and determines it. Half the times the Shipping price is not picked up by the program and there is no way to manually insert it to show. Column settings like width aren't saved when you exit the program, and you can only set widths by "stealing" column space from other active columns... hasn't anyone at Myibay heard of the horizontal SCROLL BAR? Really shameful release. This poor a pre-launch testing and workmanship hasn't been seen since Intel launched the Pentium chip that couldn't divide... or any of Myibay's other infamous poorly tested releases. Terrible!!!

I have noticed that i have lost a few auctions to what i believe is double sniping. two bids going in at the last min to help guarantee the win. have you heard of this and how might it be possible without driving the bid to your max.

otherwise, the "item not received" dispute stuff will be a bit problematic to handle (i.e. only $200 buyer protection with ebay US vs. 1000 EUR on ebay DE).

Just a suggestion really, if I have a large group of items I want to bid on to ensure I get one of them, is it possible to speed up the setting up of the group?

e.g. allow edits on the "buying" page rather than one record at a time, or an option to add all items from my watch list into a group and put the same price on all of them? something more like how ebay's bid assistant works.

this would save a great deal of time in setting up groups.

Do I need to be logged into the Myibay website for the Snipe function to work?
Yesterday I placed 4 snipes and logged off. Even though my bids were lower than the final bid at the end, looking at the bid history on ebay does not show any bid being placed by my user name.

I've recently changed my password on ebay.com itself. Now when attempting to log into myibay.com (web or stand alone) it won't accept the updated password. However it will accept the old password. Should I be concerned that my snipes will not go through? Thanks for the help!
