Is there a way to make a auction line green if you won the auction ?
Now its like:
Gray - auction stil going
Blue - auction ended
How would want it:
Gray - auction stil going
Blue - auction ended (lost)
Green - auction ended (won)
Btw; thx for this great software !

hi! it would be a great service!
but i have one comment. why does your bidding tool increase the bid to my highest bidding option when it could bid with minimum increase?
that is listing of bids for my item:
Bidder Bid Amount Bid Time
angiemar_1008( 0 ) US $74.00 Aug-21-08 18:40:09
ashevlyakov( 6 ) US $73.00 Aug-21-08 18:40:07
k***k( 0 ) US $70.01 Aug-21-08 18:38:52
k***k( 0 ) US $70.00 Aug-21-08 18:37:50
k***k( 0 ) US $60.00 Aug-21-08 18:37:18

Hi all,
how about the option to accept the local setup?
Example: myibay does not work on ebay.com only, but e.g. on ebay.de as well.
However, it does expect the native myibay number format, which does take the decimal point. ebay.de does use a decimal comma instead.
myibay does offer working links on active auctions, although it does use ebay.com every time, even if the auction was created from another ebay toplevel domain.
As soon as the auction ended, ebay.com might no longer know about this auction. Surprise, today the links via ebay.com work again. But last week ebay.com told me "the auction is no longer available". I had to fix cgi.ebay.com/... to cgi.ebay.DE/... manually and could see the ended auction again.
I'd prefer that myibay would respect and reuse the toplevel domain (.com vs. .de) for URLs.
Other side effects:
- time zone could be the local time (which is GMT -0200). Since dates and times are shown in relative numbers, this should not have any effect at the moment.
- date/time format: the current format appears to be days/hours:minutes:seconds. If I would prefer to see absolute dates/times, this could be dd/mm/yy HH.MM.SS or yyyy-mm-dd HH:MM:SS instead of mm-dd-yy HH:MM:SS
- number format: the native format could use decimal commas instead of decimal points. I'd strongly recommend to accept spaces as thousands separators only, but neither dots or commas.
myibay does know about the local currency (Euro, EUR)! Thus it does offer the setup to use local formats, instead of converting it e.g. to US dollars. I feel that the basic info for a local setup is already known. Further fine tuning might improve this great tool - it is more than welcome since I can use it both from Mac and Linux.

I made bid manually for an item before installed or even had know about ebay snipping solutions.
I am higherbidder currently.
If I'll add snipe ot this item with myibay,
will it know that I'm higherbidder and don't even try to snipe if nobody will outbid me?
So snipping is not required if I'm already higherbidder by manually-placed bid.

Cheers,

Hello everyone,
I placed two auctions into one group:
1. item# 290255501633
and
2. item# 280261303300
Even though I won the first auction, myibay also bidded for the second auction and won it, too. Strange to see that happening. Not a big problem in this case, but of fundamental interest. Maybe this was caused by the fact that the first auction was a "non-public" one?
Greetings, Thomas

Hi all,
since I changed to the classic view (simple blue), the background color of the scheduled offer column is always red.
I'd prefer e.g. a warm yellow for open topics, red for lost and green for won.

Hello everyone
I have not used myibay yet but am planning on doing so later today!! Can anyone explain the 'My quantity' setting please? It is set to a default value of 1 but I have noticed that it can be changed to any value. What is the purpose of this setting? I thought that the program would automatically bid up to my maximum value - so what is the point of 'my quantity'?

I placed a bid using the Firefox add-in SnipeIt at just under 2 minutes from the end of an auction. The bid was recorded by SnipeIt (showed up in the list of future, current and past bids) but a bid was never placed as I watched the update during the last minute of the auction. I entered $105 into SnipeIt but the auction ended at $95. Did I do something wrong?
