Not sure if this is a problem or not. I had previously been using the web version, but purchased a stand alone version. I've entered the product key, and the version says it is registered to me, so seems OK (?).

My question relates to the fact that if I close the program and reopen it, it says it is "offline" and "connecting", so I am unsure if, when my computer is shut down, the program will still operate as it is supposed to. Also, when I minimise the program, it shuts down completely and I have to reopen. Can you please advise if I'm doing something wrong?

I just lost a bid on eBay item number:360838074182 with the starting price of $24.99 and my Snipe price up to $30.99. After reading the forums I see one of the potential problems can be "Your PayPal account is not linked to your eBay account" which did show up on myibidder notice. When I go to the items page I don't see anywhere that the seller requires me to have PayPal linked to my eBay account. It just says payments accepted by PayPal. I won another item two days ago using snipe and they accept pay pal too.

Hello, been using myibidder for a while and it has been great.

However, today it has failed to make a bid twice.
First one was this morning was a bid at £75 auction ended at £73
The latest one just now where I put a snipe at £82 and the auction ended at £56.55

Wondering what the issues are

I've noticed in the past 24 hours the Myibidder icon has disappeared from Chrome as well as from ebay auctions within Chrome.

I checked the extensions, removed and reinstalled it. It shows there but Chrome acts like it isn't installed.

To bad this was the best I've found.

New user and I'm struggling a little with some features....

With several items listed to bid on and looking at the web interface, non the extreme left of each item there is a ticky box adjacent to each item's Ebay number. If I tick it, the tick disappears if I do a refresh or etc..

What is the purpose of the box please?

I cannot seem to find any help or explanations of how Myibidder works, is there anything? I rather expected a help button somewhere on the page.

Testing it with one item, the starting price was £0.99. I entered a snipe bid of £6.99. Since then there has been one bid of £10.50.

The current bid column shows the original £0.99, but does show that there has been a bid. Refreshing does not make any difference.

Ebay username: zwell0890.

I downloaded the myibidder extension for Google Chrome and when I find an item I want to snipe, I click the icon, see the log in box, type my userID/password and then I see "Wrong userID/password" in red letters. Cannot log in to snipe.

I have hopefully tried everything:
Changing my ebay password to make it stronger
Bidding earlier than the final 30 minutes
I have even tried typing my password out in Microsoft Word and copying and pasting, to ensure it's right. I know I'm typing it correctly, exactly how it is.

Please, any guidance would be appreciated.

It would be nice to be able to add/delete/change groups within the plugin itself. As it is now, I have to go to the website and add a new group and then can add the items to the group though the plugin. I use the sniper for all auctions I bid on and quite often bid on groups of Items where I only want one, so this feature is quite usful. Otherwise Excellent Plugin, I've used to to snipe thousands of dollars worth of equipment. Thanks for the Great work!

Hi, I had to change my ebay password and now I can't log into the android app. Is the license linked to the original password? If so can it be changed? My ebay username is the same my user id here. Thanks.

I'm using Myibidder for Android. I just lost a snipe and received this error message “eBay requires account verification”. I found this previous post in the forum, and the reply from Myibidder Support https://www.myibidder.com/forums/viewtopic/5543/ebay-requires-account-verification/

I definitely haven’t had an email saying “your account has reached the limit for bidding and buying.” I haven’t been bidding or buying that much.

I also followed the advice of placing a minimum manual bid on a listing I’m interested in, and was able to do so without any problem. So this seems to be a problem isolated to Myibidder.

Please can you advise.

Hello. I have used Myibay for years and love it, but had major PC problems recently and now have a new profile. I use Firefox. Now when I go into an item on Ebay the Snipe icon doesn't show and I can't work out how to get it back. Can you help me please? Thanks.

I am very thankful for this free service. I use it occasionally for years now and I absolutely love it.

I still have some questions or improvement ideas if the function can not be done using the current web interface.

Is it possible to change snipe amount for a group. If yes how?
Let's say it was 10 USD but later I change my mind and want to set it to 15 USD, but for the many item in that group. Even better if it can be changed only in the selected items.

This is a question about about a situation that will only happen once (at the most)... but I was just curious about it.

Scenario: I see something I want to bid on and place a bid manually. I then start thinking "I really don't want to lose this" so I hunt around for some suitable snipe software and decide Myibay is the one I want. So I install it - and add my max bid on the auction in question - but the current highest bid is mine.

Will the software know it's mine - or will it jump in with 5 seconds to go and overbid my own bid?

As I said, it's not big deal - but just curious what would happen.
