I recently used your app to bid on a item but after the auction ended your app didn't place a bid and showed a message saying 'ebay limited your bidding'

Does this mean that I had too many bids going at once?
If so what is the limit?

What happens in the following situation:

• I register n items inside a group G, with a cap of m items to win at most;

• Group G wins all m elements of its n member items;

• Then, I add further elements to G.

At this point, will the last added elements be scheduled for bidding, even if G has already won all the m elements up to the cap limit?

If I want to add – and win – more items to G, even after the m cap is reached, do I need to delete the won items from the group?

I'm using the web interface.

A user that is no longer using my computer is getting confirmation emails about my bidding. How can I remove this old email address/person from my account?

I have actually purchased another registration key hopping it would solve the problem – but that did not fix the problem. Installing the latest Myibidder software, entering the new registration number and logging in with my ebay account does not prevent this other person keep getting emails?

I am an active user with 500+ snipes all the time. However items I am buying comes in different numbers per lot. Therefore default group buy limit system is not that suitable for me to use because overbuying is highly possible. Therefore I need to check regularly and adjust my snipes by hand. Can you add an optional count field when adding a new item(can be default to 1 to maintain backwards compatibility) and also group buy limit for total number of count of bought items (can be default 1 for same reason). Sniping can stop when total count in the group is greater than or equal to the count buy limit. This addition would immensely helpful for me.

Just a few things that spring to mind:
1. Needs a way to manually input those shipping charges that it doesn't suck in by itself.
2. Needs to update itself instead of forcing one to resnipe just to update the number of bids & current price.
3. Needs to EITHER allow user to process Buy It Now transactions via MyIbidder, or allow manual input on such purchases, & have MIB update Groups accordingly.
4. Needs means to handle Cancelled/Refunded transactions.
5. Needs a way to manually change the qty being bid/bought on variable qty listings.
6. Needs a means to set groups/set snipe on all selected rows w/o needing to revert to Ebay to do.
7. Needs means to set snipe at X minus Shipping Charge for a group of items with varied charges.
8. Needs a way to add Notes and Highlights to specific rows.
9. Need to be able to add custom labels to Stage & Payment fields.
10. Need to be able to sort by column.
11. Would be nice to be able to have MIB automatically search for & add items that meet specific criteria.
12. Would be nice to have option to set different colors for each Group.

I've only been using MIB for a couple weeks, so, admittedly, there may be other things I haven't come across yet, but the above are issues I've had in that time. Indeed, perhaps many of the above are already incorporated & I simply haven't found the means to activate them.

I have a suggestion to make.
I am using your myIbidder chrome extension a lot.
So when I add a new snipe for a product I am able to choose a group from the dropdown. But what if that group is not created? In that case I need to come back to the main site, add new group there and then select it from the dropdown.

Instead it will be nice , if in the extension, in the dropdown, there is an option which says "create new".

Almost all of my snipe bids are failing on Ebay purchases - the time frame is the last 5 seconds. What could be the trouble

After many years of fine service today my sniper does not start up anymore. It just shows the busy sign for a few seconds then nothing happens anymore. There were no changes to the hardware, OS, firewall or anything. Running on Win7.

I did seek for the myibay.cfg file, it is not there. There are no running myibay processes to be found.

I recently started getting confirmation emails every time a snipe is processed. Not sure what changed.

Anyway, I don't need the email confirmations. Is there a way to turn them off? I looked in Profile, but didn't see a setting. Also, there is no "Unsubscribe" link on the emails themselves. (Suggestion.)

I am in the process of finding a snipping program. I attempted this "auction buyers" program, but the set up was not user friendly (using auto logins and taking up much RAM/internet speed in the background). The program worked, BUT my macbook had to be turned on, lid open, and the program open for the snipe to go through. Exactly the hassle I want to avoid. In the description of myibidder, it says I can make the snipe and that's it. No open program in the background, nothing. If I want to see if I was out bid, I have to check myself, no notification for that. This is a snipping app I can run from my iPhone that does not intentionally drain computing space by using the personal device as the basis for the bid. Is this accurate?

Using both Firefox and Safari (OSX), while viewing a mybidder.com forum area, there is no change in page views when the small page number links at the bottom are clicked. Pressing page "2" or any other page link does nothing, the view stays on the first page, even though the URL has changed. For instance, this link to page 4: https://www.myibidder.com/forums/view/10/mobile-android-ios-bb-webos-app-support/index4.html ... takes me to the FIRST page.

Any ideas why this is happening? Thxs.

Hello why did I get an email to download the product when I paid for the disk to be shipped to me?

What a piece of crap this app is! Why did I trust it? I'm so fucking angry. I could've won the bid by myself. This app failed to place my bid which was $45 more than the winning bid. Piece of shit. Thanks for nothing

What if I put two snipes for the same item, first, say £10 at 5s, the second say £15 at 3s.
Also, what do you think is the shortest possible snipe time?

I used the Firefox add-on to snipe an item 5 hours before end time and it never got sniped. I used 1 second bid time.

I am trying to purchase more snipes but keep getting the message, "cannot connect to itunes". My wifi is working just fine. I logged out and logged back in, shut down my ipad and re powered it. ?

I lost an auction this morning, clearly outsniped, yet Myibidder is reporting that I won the item. Why would this happen? Thank you for any information!
