I have been having massive problems with my computer lately, and last night there was an incomplete download from microsoft. Thats been corrected. I am not sure if this is realated, and I don't see that the reason will matter at this point, but there could be a thousands reasons for the following:

When I went to eBay today, I noticed that under the Tools button/dropdown at the top of Firefox, myibidder has been dropped for the list. (Other apps are still listed.)

How can I reinstall this option, so I can bid while I am searching on eBay, rather than have to go to myibidder.com and copy and paste an auction number, etc.

I had to reset my password on ebay and when trying to access the Myibidder site, I cannot log in. giving me incorrect login. Any idea how to fix this?

I've used this faultlessly for a long time now. Last 3 snipes did not go in at all! Any idea whats wrong?

I have been using myibidder for couple years now but it just didnt work for me for in last couple auctions.

Ebay seems to be blocking an awful lot of server based sniping services based on the IP of the snipe server. That's what this CAPTCHA garbage is all about.

Any chance you might add support so we could keep the PC on and bid from the local app?

On the main bid page, it has a column for Current Bid $. However, this column doesn't seem to update regularly. As I click on any of the items in my list and it is much higher. Is there a way to get this to manually or automatically refresh?

Aside from that, some other possibility to make it easier to work with:

- Toggle image preview column for 32x32/64x64/128x128 size thumbnail
- Extended GUI to have a browser frame to quickly load the item listing url without leaving Myibidder

Hello, I haven't used myibidder on chrome for ages and tried lots of passwords but couldn't get in - reset my ebay password and still can't get in so not sure if I'm blocked or how long the block lasts for? Thanks ptrob7

Hi, my bids for the last few days did not go through. The error message was "Refused login (password problem?)". Any idea what this is about. I have not changed my ebay password and the sniper password is the same as the ebay password.

Hey, guys. I've used eBay for years, but had my dad order stuff when I was younger. There might be a few things I'm not experienced with, but I am pretty familiar.
That said, I'm new to using sniping, but am also not completely foreign to it.

Well, they were minor auctions and it's not that bad. I used myIBidder, grouping 2 auctions with the parameter to win only ONE. Though, they were ending at the same time, so...eh I had hoped that setting the bids at 30 seconds would...
Ok, so grouping only works if the items do NOT end at the same minute?
Or, should I have set one to 30sec and the other to bid at 45sec?


Good thing it wasn't a big loss and that I get two of them now. Optimism.

I am unable to log into ebay with the desktop or web client.

I have changed my password and do not get a warining from ebay when logging on.

I hav copy and pasted my login password from notepad. It works for Ebay but not MyIbidder ?

I have checked firewalls and diagnostics and error is reported at login.
THe same password is working with other tools

Hello - I just installed Windows 10 yesterday, but when I click on the Myibidder icon, it seems like it's trying to load; but then nothing. It worked great on Windows 8; now I can't get it to open.

Any ideas or help? I'm not an expert by any means.

I often place multiple bids on ebay which finish very closely. They mostly fail and give me a failure or confirmation required message. Now I can't log in to myibidder and have tried changing passwords etc. can anyone recommend another sniper app?

Ibbidder has not been registering my bids on my Ibid page, BUT some bids have been made to Ebay and ebay reported I missed the items!
But they are NOT on my Ibid page.
Other bids I have made and ADDED have not been registered on Ibid and I have received no notification from Ebay even though I know my bid was well above the winning bid!

What is happening?

On my old iphone 5 I was able to adjust the seconds before bid is placed.
I have a new iPhone and reloaded mybidder and seem to have lost this feature.

Chrome logs in fine, however in Opera (my default browser) it says 'wrong user ID and/or password' when trying to log in. No such error on Chrome

I noticed on my myibbider under the 'my bid' my bid is in red - does this mean someone else is bidding/sniping higher even though this doesn't show up on ebay? If so, please advise how I increase my bid on myibbider.

I've had a couple of snipe fail now, in the andriod app I get the error message "Your account needs extra confirmation by eBay". I've searched and cannot find an answer.

I can logon and bid on the ebay site no problem.

Please advise.
