Recently a bid i placed was not activated, it says " your paypal account is not linked to your ebay account" is that a new requirement or something related to the listing itself like seller requirement

After repeated attempts to log non using my correct username and password, I submitted 2 snipes on my user window. They apparently deleted when the first auction closed. How do I obtain a refund. It looks like this software will no longer function reliably. I hate to ask in a forum, but my contact query has yet to be answered by other than a acknowledgement of receipt.

My Myibidder and Ebay screen name and passcode are the same, but I am still being refused. Please help!

Hi, I noticed that the current bid history, does not update itself with ebay, therefore for me to know the real bid, I have to check ebay. Is that normal on mybidder.

As you might be aware, the program crashes on launch in OS X Sierra Beta. Any hope for Mac users?

Despite a few bugs and an occasional crash, your program has served me well, until now. The web interface would be just as good, but i have not found a way to update the current bid amounts - which was the main reason to use the software. I recall that it used to update somehow on refresh, but no more. It has no problem updating for the ended auctions though. Am I missing something?

In any case, thank you muchly for your auction sniper. It's the best one I found.

I have just installed the newest version of Myibidder and when I try to open it to put in my "code" I get the following message:

See logfile 'C:\program files(x86)/Myibidder\myibay.exe.log' for details.

There is no such filoe in that directory. I am running Windows 10 on a fast Dell laptop.

Any thoughts?

In the past, I received an email from Myibidder when I had won an auction, and this arrived at the same time as the eBay win notification email.

I have won a few auctions recently, but haven't had an email from Myibidder (although the information on the site for these items is exactly correct). I haven't changed anything,for example email address.

This is not an absolute necessity, but it is useful to know that Myibidder is submitting my bids correctly and reporting back the result by email.

I just installed Buyertools Reminder 1.8 and it seems to change my ebay user name to all lowercase which does not work when I try to login on ebay using IE or Firefox...but when I use the same username with proper CAPS it works, but Buyertools insists on changing it to all lower case and fails when I try to check that the login works.

this issue is happening again. I've lost ~50 items this morning due to this error. All the snipes were setup from browser.

I'm using the latest extension on Chrome Version 52.0.2743.116 m (64-bit) but the icon in the address bay is always greyed out and the snipe icon never appears on any eBay page. I've tried removing and reinstalling the extension and enabling and disenabling Adblock Plus but nothing helps. Any help would be appreciated.

My myibay icon used to be on my ebay page and lately it has not. I am using Firefox for my browser.
Even as I have a snipe registered, it does not appear on my ebay page. What if anything am I doing wrong. Thanks

Lost a snipe this evening. Myibidder reports 'ebay requires verification code. My snipe was well above highest bid. Item number was 191946004995

Any ideas?

I tried to snipe on :Harold's Antik/Antico Aktenmappe Notebookmappe 15, Item Id:182248104307. My snipe was set to EUR 7.17; 7 sec. before end. Bud the current Bid:EUR 2.53 won the item: My Status:Sorry, you did not win.

What was going wrong?

After a good number of years using myibidder I have multiple (at least 6) failures over the last few days. The latest is 391540933337 Status now "Bidding has ended". Why didn't that snipe happen?

bids not made on eBay. Is something lagging???

From yesterday. All my snipe failed with the Status:Your account needs extra confirmation by eBay.
I have checked my account and made some manual bid, My ebay account is OK.
Could some inform me what to do?
