Not for the first time, Mybidder has failed to place what would have been a winning bid for me this evening.

The message on the 'lost' bid was that my password had failed. My password works fine, as I have subsequently logged out and back in to eBay several times since the Mybidder failure. However, having logged out of Mybidder, I repeatedy get the message "Error while trying to login. Wrong eBay user id or password".

The user ID and password are identical to those I am using to log in to eBay.

I had it set to win 1 item, but it bid and won 2 items. they were 2 minutes apart in ending.
These are not cheap items and I'm in shock. I quickly deleted all remaining items I had on my mybidder list even though the bids weren't set.

I already paid so as not to be considered a deadbeat. I will probably give 1 to the person I bought it for and keep the other, but I already bought 1 for my other kid a few days ago. so now I have 3.

I love myibidder and use it exclusively for my eBay shopping unless I buy it now. But I won't use it again until I hear the resolution or a good explanation.

Hello. Myibidder had been working fine for months, and suddenly today my password won't work. I tried resetting the password but it tells me the ID and email don't match. Is something happening that will be fixed automatically, or will I have to take some steps? Thanks.

I bid 78.16 and my settings are the same, i won a few hours ago auction without a proble. I am using this application for 2 days and already a problem.
Also i want to know after i placed my first snipe for auction number
202049205649 on amount of 36 GBP and shipping 3.40 GBP why i see in Myibidder that my snipe was placed, but too low, at the same time when i open eBay listing page with bidding history i see no my bid for 36 GBP

i set my default time for snipping to 4 sec. and i am using eBay UK site.

Hello,
up to the present Myibidder for eBay, downloaded from myibidder.com, was used during about year wqithout any problems.
But, without any reasons, the following situation happened:
- after automatic login, the program is in offline mode constantly and the following screen appears: "Password or connection error";
- attempts of network test give following result:
"Initialing... passed
Connecting... passed
Login... FAILED"
What's the matter? How can I back to working mode?
Important notices:
Settings were not changed.
The comp computer is not infected with viruses (checked).
Login at eBay with this pair login/password is carried out without problem.

If you can't login to the sniper, please reset your password here:
https://www.myibidder.com/login/reset

Once reset, don't forget to login to the sniper and link your eBay account, otherwise your snipes may fail:
https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay

After linked, you can use the sniper as you usually used it, but you need to login using your username and the new password you set.

Please note that now your sniper's password is different from your eBay's password.

P.S.: If password reset link did not come for whatever reason, please feel free to contact support directly.
Make sure you provide your username for better assistance.

For the last few months the "Snipe These" link has been missing that allows you to setup snipes for multiple items in your search results all at once. This is a very useful feature in some cases.

I think this has been a problem every since the larger issues that made the sniping program non-working for a short period of time earlier this year.

My bid didn't go through even though my bid was higher than the final winning bid. In Myibidder... next to My Status, it states: "Please login again now. Your security token has expired"

I've never had this happen before. What does it mean? And, how do I avoid this from happening in the future.

After re-installing myibay and re-setting my password, I cannot import from my eBay watchlist. I says I don't have any items in my "watching" list. But I do.

We would like to inform you that there is a new process to access your eBay account which should improve your sniping reliability.
Your sniper account must be separate from your eBay account.
You have to link your eBay account to the sniper, otherwise your snipes will fail.

Linking the sniper to your eBay account.
1. Login to the sniper using https://www.myibidder.com/main/ebay
2. Click "Sign-in" next to "Link eBay account"
3. You will be redirect to eBay page where you have to login and click "Agree"
4. Once you get back to the sniper, you should see "Linked" next to "Status". That confirms your link

On some eBay accounts the step #3 is done automatically and you will be redirected back to Myibidder showing your account is linked. In this case you will not see the "Agree" button as the linking process is done automatically by eBay.

After this is all complete, you can use the service (including mobile apps) as you would normally do.
Just make sure you always login using your sniper's username and password to the sniper, not your eBay account.

For those who have 2FA enabled in their eBay accounts and get prompted for security token:
If you don't have the physical token, you can temporary disable 2FA during linking process.
You can re-enable 2FA after linking is completed.

Hi I had this problem since a week, no bids were sent despite my snipes being higher than the winning bid. An example is the latest ebay article 263224861301, my snipe was EUR 12 and the winning bid was 9.50. My account is linked, so I do not know what is the problem

Since yesterday snipes are not executing. Sunday the sniper was working well but starting Monday it is missing 100% of snips. I set to bid at 4 seconds and it never misses.

I had already linked Myibidder to my eBay account, and confirmed this with the 'Third-party Authorizations' account settings.
(Azoteca Software LLC ........ - Myibidder.com)

Snipes (via the Windows app) have stopped working, since the 25th, and I am getting the 'You don't have active items in Watching List' error. I have tried unlinking and relinking, and re-installing the app, but no change. The network test diagnostic completes OK..

My eBay ID is rg_wellington.

I have received the prompt to 'link my ebay account' for several weeks maybe..........

I have 3 ebay accounts I bid from................and as all has worked fine I considered it 'optional' to link accounts

I didn’t link accounts ...and if I had wanted to would have wondered how to link 3 different eBay accounts to one (?) Myibidder

Last night a bid failed ...it was for a trivial item and I was not worried just curious...........but no failure message came 'it failed as you didn't link accounts'...or auction ended early etc etc

Today a second failed that was a big disappointment and a loss :(

So I am investigating more so here I am!

I am now guessing it is this 'link account' business...

Please can you advise and how I might proceed having 3 buying accounts?

Hi,

I'm running Myibidder app under IOS 11 and I cannot import my item tracking list from eBay. It doesn't respond any error message the result is just blank.

The rest of the app seems to work. For example I can items using the eBay item number, but I don't know if my snipes would work or not, which is something that worries me.

Is any other user experimenting such problems? Is it due to IOS 11 (with IOS 10 it worked)?

I am trying to set up a new account. Your system says it sent email with password. Have not received, not in spam folder etc. Don't want to put my email and user name on the forum. My question is how long do I need to wait for this email?
