I place a snipe for item=350131792525 and it didn't seem to go off. It was 10 pounds more than the previous bidder and the seller ships to the US, so I don't know why my bid didn't go off.

Even when I click the update status button, the bid amounts do not change. I have to go in to snipe, and refresh there for an update. What a pain! Easier to just look on e-bay. Can this be fixed?

I had no problems when I signed up from my old computer (using firefox), immediately saw a "snipe it" link added to all eBay pages. But from my new computer (switched to Safari), there are no snipe links for me on eBay. How do I get the link to show / initiate a snipe?

i was seriously getting pissed off with being sniped at the last minute for stufff, so i decided that "if you can't beat them, join them" was the only option. i spent ages trying to find a decent, trustworthy, non-charging, snipe tool that worked. i am SO pleased to have found yours. since then i've won a few, lost a few, but thats the way things go.....

on some toy bids, when the bid is placed before it is confirmed, there is a popup which describes the possibility of toy recalls. This interferes with the snipe process on some snipe programs. I just sniped something that has the popup and am wondering if this will prevent the myibay program from sniping

i tried to sign in using my user name and password but it keeps telling me that it is invalid so i would like to know if there is a way to reset them. i have used this software once and like it very much, but is there a way to reset the login information

Hi, my bids are not accepted with Firefox on a Mac. The item ID is not submitted to the popup window that comes after clicking "Snipe". I can give a bid but the ID is lost and the new sniped items are not listed in my main list at myibay.com.

my sniper does not work anymore, I cant add snipes, the article is not added, neither the bid. I even cant add items on your homepage, they are just ignored. I work with ebay germany, firefox3.04, Mac OS 10.5. Can you help me, its such a pity that the fine tool is not working anymore. I d lke to send you a screenshot, but I cant find a Mail adress.

I am new to snipes and cannot understand how to get groups to work. I enter all the items normally how do I group them into a group and give them a unique name

can´t snipe on european auctions (only those without international shipping) anymore.
If the auction just states national shipping, but seller agreed to ship international I am not able to snipe it.
What happend?

When I first started using the web based interface, the colors in the "snipe" column made it very easy to tell at a glance whether or not my snipe was still higher than the current bid and also whether or not I had won at the end of the auction. Green = still winning or won. Red = not winning or not won. Or maybe there was a yellow color too? Can't remember. But lately it seems the colors have been going crazy, being green at the end of an auction when I hadn't won anything or as I am experiencing at this moment, being red when my snipe is higher than the current bid. The auction I'm referring to has a current bid of .99 and my snipe is $10.05, but it is in red like it is too low...? What's going on here? Will this have any effect on my snipe at the end of the auction? Just wondering...

What is this column? What does it mean?

Could we get the ability to move columns? For example, I would like to have Current Bid next to My Bid.

Now there is Bids, Buy It Now, and three other fields between them (and I want these visible).

Hierarchical sorts would be great! Then we could group by items we are bidding on, and sort by Time Left!

I use ebay.de and some of the auctions are giving me invalid item ID when I try to add them. I can bid manually so something is defiantly wrong in the software.

Would it be or is it possible to enter multiple snipes for similar items i.e. Jag season 3 and then have myibay cancel remaining snipes after winning an auction

I am using the "WEB Version". I press the "update status" button, but NONE of the listed acctions show an update of the "current bid" information ???? The "Time remaining" seems to change, however. IF this is the wrong procedure, what is correct ??

great service, first of all!

What I was wondering, why is it that items that are in the same group are not visually distinguished in the "all items" list? Grouped items just look as if you'd planned to buy all of them, and you always have to go to the respective groups page to check whether you actually only will bid on one of the groups items.
