I hasn't placed any bids for me for the last few days. It was working with a 6 second bid. I tried changing it to 20 seconds and it still doesn't bid. The last auction I tried ended at 15.55 and my bid was 21.51.

I had entered a bid in myibay for $57 and item sold for $42. Clearly something went wrong. How can I figure out what the problem was?

I have been looking at this service and I cannot figure out the business model. It would seem that myibay is providing a free service with no method to profit from it. What is in this for myibay? I assume this not a charity.

I lost an auction 230304056255 because I was not in the stated countries the seller would ship to, BUT I did contact the seller beforehand, and he was perfectly OK shipping to me. So, I did the proper thing, but myibay did not allow my bid without warning. Is it a good idea to police the bidding so strongly, when myibay cannot know every contingency? Also, there is no statement of which I am aware that myibay will disallow a bid in this way, except in the case of accepting PayPal (must have a PayPal account, if this is specified? Are there other stipulations I should be aware of?

Sorry if I missed something in the FAQ, but I didn't see any specific step by step instructions for using the Firefox extension. Keep in mind that I've never used myibay.com or had any experience with sniping, so very detailed instructions (that a 2yr old can understand) would be helpful. Thanks.

I have used myibay a few times lately with good success. This morning about an hour after placing a bid though myibay, I received an email from eBay stating that my account had been compromised and I had to reset the password and some items to get it secured. The eBay tech stated that they had caught the problem before any unauthorized use of my account had occurred. I asked how they knew the account was compromised, and I got this response.

This sounds as if eBay detected the proxy bid from myibay as a security issue. Has anyone else has this issue? Is this something new?

When I registered on this site I used my ebay name. When a bid was placed on my behalf another name (initials) was used. May I ask why?

WooHoo! Just won my first Ebay auction! But you may need to start an addiction support group soon. I'm hooked. Myibay is a great product! It took a little time to learn how to use, but it does work great. I lost several other auctions using myibay, but that was just because I wasn't willing to bid as high as some people. I go to Ebay looking for good deals, but some people there are willing to pay retail price or higher and there is nothing that you can do about that, but I found a very good deal this time and myibay certainly made sure I got it. I can't believe this is free. I will definitely give a donation or I may look at your program you sell. I will definitely use it.

My bids apppear as ended, but ebay shows 3hrs time left!!!

Lately my bids haven't gone through.
Today I have a bid for tonight at 22:14MEZ (10:14PM)
I have set the timing to bid 3 sec before ending.

At 10:14MEZ (10:14AM) the bid was set.

Where is the problem?
Is it MyIbay that have wrong time on their servers or is it a setting I can set?

My bid did not get placed. I checked it just before the auction ended. What went wrong?

hi if i use myisnipe and i enter my highest bid, is this the price i pay, the item i won was increasing by 0.50 bids my highest bid won by 7.00dollars i thought i would win by 0.50 cent margin.am i wrong, if not where do i go to fix error.thanks.

What happens if I've (ok, stupidly!) placed an advance bid on item in eBay (with some in reserve) and also place a higher snipe bid?

Could I end up bidding against myself? Or does Myibay recognise that condition and withhold?

I may be missing it, but I can't find where I could put in an image to show next to my user ID. Just show a pic of a bald guy with no image over top of it. Is there a way to put an image in? if not I would much rather have the myibay symbol or nothing there.
