2. When I add or delete an item in Myibay list or when I actually snipe it or cancel the snipe, is the number of Watchers (that the Seller can see for that item) modified?

The Web based application is completely free (have tried it for myself) and it works perfectly as described - AND IT'S FREE.

Being a computer person myself - I understand how long a program takes to write/debug/perfect..
It also costs money to provide the free service..
And can you also imagine how long it takes this person/people to give excellent/prompt feedback to anybody that has problems or queries???????

He only ask's for a $5 donation (and it is even a bargain if you had to pay that much)..

I did many hours of checking for a program that does snipe for ebay -
some of the free programs say free, but after you install it on your computer they update straight away and ask you to pay (not even giving you a trial version - and one person couldn't get it off his computer).
And the ones that are truly free, be very concerned about trojan's, (computer virus hidden in the program)

As for the paid ones - the price ranged from $15 to $50 (can't comment on these - as i didn't try them)...

in Conclusion - Please be nice to the programmer and encourage him to keep providing this service and donate $5 or more

On a side issue (this shows the programmer didn't write this) the programmer gives the option of buying the standalone program (you download it onto your computer) -
I had a quick read through it, but i was a little confused how it was better than the web based (firefox addon)(by the way, i noticed updates were free) -
Maybe Sashka could explain how it is better - or better yet, create a page that compares the two (like avg pages, etc).....

I love this tool. But have noticed something, after I have set my snipe and have activated and updated it works great, but after I log off and then come back say 12 hours later, I go in and all of my snipes activation has been turned off, but my snipe price is still there, so I have to click the activate and update to set it again. Why is this happening?

will my bid of 37.50 automatically be bid
OR will only the amount necessary to win the item be bid
(eg: $11.77)

I've used Software.
Current bid was $6.5
My bid was $8
Sniper was ACTIVATED (checkbox enabled)
Bid time was changed from 6 sec to 5 sec

And... it didn't put my bid!!! $6.5 bid won. OMG =) What's happened, guys?

I'd welcome e.g. to sort by title in order to unselect unwanted items. Sort by shipping cost might be another welcome option.

I used it recently on ebay.de, but now it always shows
No eBay search results in your browser.

I tried to de-install add-ons which might affect the result, without success.

I was wondering why shipping on myibay was being shown differently to ebay.

eg: Ebay = $25
Myibay = $60

I bought this program, but were do i find the key u need to use the program?? anyone please......

Suddenly (it seems) I have lost the Snipe It icon which used to appear on an Ebay item page in the same area of the screen as "Share/Print/Report Page" i.e. about halfway down on right hand side. I have all boxes ticked under the extension option General Preferences. I also don't see a "Snipe these" button on the search page.

I've tried clearing cache etc but no good. The toolbar Myibay icon works OK, as does the right click context. It also doesn't make any difference whether it's a new item or one I'm watching.

I would like to be able to simply turn off the group feature altogether and reduce the screen clutter! This would make it easier to see the important stuff on the watch list.

I paid the 13$ using Paypal.

Then I installed the software and received my key via email.

Once I inserted my eBay personal data (login and pass) I inserted the key, but the software didn't nothing and when I open it it remembers me I'm on the trial.

What happened?

Three days ago I installed the software to try it, then unistalled it and reistalled today.

My last bid was way higher than the winning bid, bu i made the snipe at T - 50ish seconds. Is that the reason I lost?

It would be handy to have the Snipe it button on lists next to Watch this item as well as on individual listings.

I placed my snipe bid well in advance. I can see no other problems or restrictions. Mt status says my bid was too low but, it was $0.50 higher than the winning bid. What happened? I've used Myibay snipe with success in the past.

It's fine in ebay.com and ebay.co.uk but there is just nothing for ebay.fr

It's as if the extension is not installed (but it is as it works for .com and .co.uk

Please can anyone help/explain?
