Hello,
Lately when I set my bids I put in my preferred seconds and when I hit enter and/or click on apply it reverts to 6 seconds.
My personal settings are set lower than 6 seconds and I manually choose 4 seconds. This has worked for me for about a year. Now I can only seem to do it from 'the ebay page' and not from myibay.
Can you tell me whats up with this?

I have been using myibay for a couple years and tonight when I tried to enter several different auction numbers I kept getting the message "Invalid Item Number". Is there something wrong with myibay? I just used it successfully 2 nights ago.

Just wondered if it would be possible to make the columns change colour Ie If I have a pending bid then perhaps a Yellow colour, Outbid Red, winning bid (won Auction) Green etc thanks Ray

I am wondering if there is a version for the iPad/ iPhone and I am just missing it?

I haven't used this in some time but set it this AM to snipe two auctions today. I lost both, though my snipe bid was well above the ending high bid. What happened? The auctions in question are:

110776126670 - My snipe was for 102.79, ended at 66.00.

110776121328 - My snipe was for 127.76, ended at 35.00.

Hey there, this is an awesome product, been using it for a while now.

Ive placed bids for a couple auctions last night, I won 2 items this morning but the third item the bid diddn't get placed and lost :[] i really wanted the item as well

I was wondering what happened since the first 2 worked, and what i can do so it doesn't happen again

Hi I just started using this web interface, and I accidentally told the program to snipe some items that I didn't want to bid on (two days from now). Then I went to the online interface and deleted them from my list. I just want to confirm that this means that the bids will not be placed. Is that right? Thank you!!!

I accidentally told the web interface to bid on several items for me, without realizing that they had outrageous shipping costs. I deleted them from my list, but the program still bid on one of them for me! The others will end tonight, and I want to make sure that it won't bid for me!! How can I make sure of this?!?! Please help!

My last issue was the "no results in browser window" issue which went away on its own apparently. Today there was no bid placed for me even though The snipe icon and bid amount appeared on the auction listing. I did make a change to place the bid at 3 seconds rather than 6. Is this an issue with the program, that 6 seconds is the closest amount of time in which you can place a bid?

I've been successfully using myibay for the past month or so. And, up until now, it's worked wonderfully. However, I noticed that the last two sniping bids that I placed through myibay weren't submitted. After placing the bid, it shows the bid amount and time was, indeed, entered. However,after the auction had ended, it appears as though I never placed the bid!

Is there an explanation for this? And, are there any suggestions as to how I may remedy this problem?
I really love this feature... and, I'd like to get it back to where it works "reliably" again.

P.S. I got this myibay sniping feature free through Google Chrome Extensions. And, I'm just wondering if this is, by any chance, one of those features that are initially "free" on some sort of a trial basis... then, later one is required to pay or... "make a donation?"

Well. I have to admit that for some reason it does not work for me on Win 7 64-bit.

It does everything but snipes!

It is a French version of Win 7 Pro SP1.

One thing that I don't see on myibidder.com is the ability to have to system email me (or SMS) when the current bid exceeds my snipe amount. This is handy in case I want to reconsider my maximum bid for the snipe. I had this on my old local PC based software and it was handy.

I use the myibidder extension in Google Chrome v15.0.874.121. I recently set my snipe to go off at 3 seconds before the end of an auction (Item ID: 120824219145). I'm not 100% sure what happened, but I didn't end up with the winning bid. The highest bidder placed their bid before mine, according to the time stamp, yet their bid was one increment higher than mine. In this case, was it due to their maximum bid being set higher than mine? There were 5 bidders and 5 bids, so I don't know where that last bid came from unless another party was sniping too. Would I have won if I had set my snipe to go off at 1 sec?

Also, in the FAQ, it says that if the snipe is higher than the current bid, you will pay one increment higher than the previous bid. In my last few snipes, myibidder placed my maximum bid straight away, and not one increment higher than the previous bid. Is there something I'm missing? Could someone please explain the process a little better for me?

1) I have auctions in a group and I won one of them so the program did not bid on other auctions in this same group.
Now, if I add more/new auctions to this group, will the program bid on them?

2) If I want to start the group over with the same name after I won one item, what do I do?

3) If I already won 1 auction in a group and then I decide to lower the bids for the other auctions in the same group, will it bid on those auctions because the price was changed/edited?
