After I downloaded the update yesterday, my stand-alone has a very high CPU usage. It continually switches between high 70's & high 40's every 1 second. I've tried everything .. restarting, cleaning out registry, etc. and nothing has worked. Any suggestions? Thank You!

I set up snipe at GBP 57.57 but the winning bid was only GBP 45.00

Can you provide some insight into what went wrong? I would hate this to happen with a major item that I was bidding for. I have used this application/service before successfully.

Can I set a bid on a watched item without ever placing a bid on the item before? I know it's probably a dumb question but I had to ask....

I bought myibay in September 2011. I recently had an email inviting me to update but I did not accept the offer. A day later when i opened myibay my items were deleted and a box opened to say I had myibay on a 31 day approval. I could not retieve the items I had on myibay so I tried to delete and reinstall the version I had purchased. It would not let me because it said I had the program running but it was not showing.
How can I get the version I purchased in September 2011 working and how can I retieve the intems I had stored on it?

I have never received an email from the system when I setup my bid with the Android app.
Or do I only get a mail, when it was placed at ebay in the last seconds?

hi is there a problem importing items on standalone, or a problem with the server?

my status bar gets about 25% and then hangs.

I searched forums but havent seen a suggestion to include a adjustable alarm setting.
That way your Droid lets you know the auction is ending in either 30, 20 or 10 minutes.
So if your snipe bid has been beaten previously, instead of going through it all over again and the price keeps on going up between you and another bidder, you can reset your bid much closer to the end. Can't be too hard to program and will save us a lot of money and give us a huge snipe advantage.

i paid for myibay 12 mths ago and was using ok.however i have now got a new computer and diff email and now i cant activate.what do i do

eBay has three times now forced a password and secret question change on my account due to what it describes as: "We've detected some unusual activity on your eBay account, and it looks like your password may have become known to a third party. In order to protect you and your eBay account we've reset your password and Secret Question (password hint).

The unusual activity may be a result of using a sniping site to bid on your behalf at the last minute, using a public-use computer or could be a result of you answering a spoof mail. You'll find more information on spoof below."

This can only be due to my using myibidder.com to place bids on my behalf. Is there any way to avoid this happening?

Hi there, i just recently bought your Myibidder Auction Pro for android. just need few information regarding my application:

1. Would this app still working while i am offline? (means this app will using your servers instead my internet connection?)

2. If this app works with your server, then would it be ok if this apps placing a bid for me using your IP ?? (while i live in Asia would it be oke? since ebay will think that someone might be try to login to my ebay with difference ip number.) (same question for the windows stand alone program)

This is a fresh install of the chrome extension and a fresh reload of eBay. As you can see, the snipe links are gone. Not sure what's going on, I have used this extension regularly for months with no problems. I have included my chrome and extension version. Let me know if you need anything else to troubleshoot this.

Hello! I just love this app! I want to upgrade to Pro, but will that mess up my current active snipes? Will I have to re-register everything or does it all automatically carry-over.

Another random question: So what happens if two people snipe at the same time? LOL, you don't have to answer. I'm a programmer and deal with train wrecks all the time.

Hi, today I've used myibay sniping for the first time
and lost the auction with only 1 euro difference with
the highest bidder.

but what I found strange is:
how did that bidder or sniper knew my highest
bid was 243.19 €
because he uitbid me with exactly 1 euro
his bid was 244.19 €

and the bidding history shows his bid or snipe 19 minutes before
the end of the auction??!!

how is that possible as I put my snipe 4 seconds before
the end of the auction?

he must have used some sniping system
that knew my highest price and could even fake
the time of the snipe?

I am totally confused ....

any ideas what has really happened?

This morning I placed 2 snipes on ebay.de (resp. 12 minutes and 50 minutes before end of bidding) and both failed (My Status: This listing has ended). I did exactly the same procedure as in the past, using the web based interface that was SOOO successful lastly.
Maybe a problem with the daylight saving time ? Time zone ? etc.

Including windows start up .. Windows 7 Home ...Iobit Start up ..others , Can't get it to run at start up from any start up manager . It works fine on it's own if i run it from programs .

Though I selected eBay Germany in my myibidder profile, the bids are apparently done on the eBay UK site.

I have two cases open for resolving on sniped auctions. When I wannt to look at them from the eBay Deutschland Page I get the message "Dieser Artikel wurde auf eBay Großbrittanien gekauft." (= "This item was bought on the british eBay page"). Then i'm asked to go to eBay UK for resolving. Is it my fault?

Sine 27th of April ebay does send broken Subjects with Umlaut "ä" and "ö":

"Gebot best??tigt. Sie sind H??chstbietender!"

But since 2nd of April myibay does send broken HTML encodings.

The Subject is correct within the body of the bid messages, but it's broken within the web listing and it's broken within the subject of the bid message.

Example: http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140745669761 is saved as

"Fein Multimaster S&#xe4;geblatt 3 er Set inkl. Bi-Metall"

&#xe4; instead of ä
&#xfc; instead of ü
&amp; instead of &
