I had a max bid of $151. The bid before my sniped bid was $125. I would've expected my snipe bid to be $127.50, but my sniped bid was my max bid of $151. This isn't normal is it? Didn't matter much, because someone else still won the auction for $153.50 (and my sniped time was set to 3 seconds)..

Hi forum and myibidder team,

I recently had a defective item sent to me by a seller, and therefore wanted to open a case with eBay regarding this item.

However, I can't do that on eBay Germany because they tell me that my bid has been submitted on eBay.com.

eBay support even outright told me that they suspect I had used a sniper service which according to the terms is forbidden....

Thus, is there a way that myibidder submits the bids to the native domains of the respective myibidder members?

Please forgive my stupidity but I was wondering. I have this app installed on both my HTC one x and my Asus tf201.

Do I have to actually be within data range for the snipe to happen or can I just set and forget.

It wouldn't be so much of a problem on my phone however the tablet would be another story.

I have used other sniping apps where I don't need constant data access ie just set and forget but I've read in the reviews in the app store that I might need it.

What I mean by set and forget is that I use the app to create the snipe on the snipe server and the server does the rest when its time to snipe the auction.

Any help would be most appreciated.

How does myibidder expect a re-login?

The recent months I never had to re-login. That's very useful since the list overview I use is rather long. A re-load would update, but leave me at the current position. However, a re-login does put me back on top of the list.

For the ebay overview, my current snipe is shown while I'm logged in. But sometimes I don't see it. I suppose this happenes either due to slow response times or a logout.

The last weeks that changed. I now have to re-login much more frequently, both in myibidder list overview and for actual snipes on ebay.

I wonder why that happened. Is it just a trade off between comfort und security? Did myibidder changes its setup or did I change anything on my side?

The forum here still keeps me logged in, even after weeks. For the bidding I now may have to re-login after hours, best after some days.

First,the ibidder clock has more time on it than the actual auction. Second, when I go to delete items it gives me the prompts but doesn't delete, and third, when I change the amount on the prompt, it doesn't apply????

General Question... I am a new user of the Android app. I have a general question about how this all works. The app asks for a "Maximum bid." (No minimum). Does the Snipe just enter one bid at your max?
For example.... there is an auction with zero bids asking $280. There is a Buy it Now for $320. I entered a max bid of $333. I would gladly take it for $280! Will the snipe start at the lowest possible winning bid? Thank you!

I saved the items I am sniping in saved searches. I logged off EBay and when I log back in, I do not see the snipe appear on the items I wish to purchase. Can you tell me why this might be happening? Thank you so much.

I set up a group to purchase an item, and set the "To Win" to 1. I have done this before with no problems. However, this time around, it didn't work, and it ended up sniping two items and WINNING both. I have use for only one, and I really don't feel like having to sell the other one myself. Anything I can do, or do I just have to deal with it?

I really like the free version and I am purchasing the full one. The one thing I would love would be photos or a link to the ebay post if possible so I don't have to switch Bach and forth between apps.

I recently updated to win7 and installed firefox and then the myibay sniper add-on. When the add-on is active it causes the Drop down boxes to be unstable and lose text/turn transparent. I found this out by only having the sniper add-on active and then disabling it. Please advise.

says a certain number is invalid, but copied and pasted from ebay

Is there any chance to add a checkbox "incl. delivery" which would compute the actual bid by subtracting delivery costs?

A bid of $15 thus would be an actual snipe bid of
$15 for FREE shipping
$12.01 for $2.99 shipping
$5 for $10 shipping
and no bid at all for $19.99 shipping

I feel that myibay might have some trouble to select the proper shipping condition, especially if "FREE" would be pickup in Hong-Kong itself only, £5 for London, $10 for USA and 15 € for Europe, 50 € for express delivery etc. - but it would be worth a try, at least if just one delivery option is available.

I'm already impressed that myibay does not snipe if there's actually no delivery to my country. Now I'd like even more

Hello, program has serious bug. When I add an auction in eBay.de the auction is registered as ended even tough it is still ongoing...... Very strange! Tried with a few examples and all is the same.......

I have used the firefox plug-in for a number of years and it seems this is the first time it has broken.

I use the snipe it button within an auction to registered my snipe. The snipe is registered for the particular auction but when I try to snipe more items from the same seller the previous snipe is overwritten by the new one, while the snipe bid is the same. This is very weird.

Anyway, once the auction finishes my bid is not registered and the following is stated in the myibidder.com account.

My Status: The item was removed by eBay, or eBay could not access information.

So clearly, something is going wrong. The item of course exists(!)

I had placed a snipe bid on ebay item # 300741156791. My max bid was $21.99 .

Why did my snipe not get bid on this item? Item sold for $6.50.

Hi, not sure if this Qu is ment to go here but would like to get advice on program issue.
Recently my copy has started to not delet items selected nor refresh multiple items at one time.
Can remove items by deleting first then refreshing from server and refresh ite,s price individually.
Have reinstalled program without change in fault.
Any suggestions?
