I would like to manually enter the shipping cost when there is a conflict between eBay and myibidder.

The program claims it cant find the path to the 64 bit common files directory

Bought key for Windows version but I have a problem. I use typically only Mac and would like to use key on Mac version.

Tested the key on Windows and it worked but no success on Mac. Do I need to buy separate key for Mac as this is main platform?

I bought a key to use your service. if I change my ID to ebay I will lose your service or not?

Just started not happening, today.

Is it a good idea to set the snipe to 3 seconds or should i use more? This is my first time using and i really want the shoes im bidding on

lets say we added multiple items
[1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10]
At Price 5
then we adding multiple items again
[3,6,9]
At price 8
We expect folowing prices (it worked before):
[5,5,8,5,5,8,5,5,8,5]
But what we get is
[5,5,0,5,5,0,5,5,0,5]

However that doesn't happen if we add [3],[6],[9] separately.

So, it's all about prices. Updating prices sets the price to 0.00

When adding item, or My Group, program crashes.

Both cases, when you re-open program item or group is added.

I make a few snipes on a few items but only the first win, the other snipes are no longer active. Each time after the end of the next auction I have to reactivate the snipes.

What's the problem?
how to make sure to work without me all installed snipes?

When you add new group, if you give group name what includes space-char, like "test 1".
Result is:
a) crash (as reported earlier)
OR
b) it don't crash, but whole list clears itself (attached "MyIbay - MyGroups.tiff"

If you now Quit program and open it again, your group is there, but with name "test", so everything after space is missing.

Now if you press "right" button over such group name, you cannot edit that group! Yes, there is "Edit" at menu, if you click it, nothing happens.

Edit works only with groups where there was no space char at name when group was created!

Program is open at your screen. If you press Cmd-H, window is hide and you can get it back easily.
If you click red cross at left upper corner of window, program stays open (and do it's bidding at background), but you cannot get program window back to your screen!
Only way (at this point to get window back to the screen) is select program from task-list and then "Quit" and re-open it from you Applications.

If you have (on your list) item what you won, it's "grayed".
You select it, and details of item is updated at lower part of window.
Now you select from "Transaction status" dropdown "Paid" and press "Save" button.
--> Item line is NOT updated and your drop down selection is cleared.

Same with "Payment" drop down.

Start situation, product have value £109, I have enabled snipe with value of £111.
Somebody has bid £117. I select that line at program and press "Refresh" button.

Result (seen at attached picture) is missing current item value + text "Minimum bid is -0.95"

I have noticed recently that the program is NOT starting automatically when Windows 7 (home) starts. The setting is ticked in the SETTINGS menu.

Any thoughts?

After giving up on Jbidwatcher due to the "FP" problem and inconsistent ability to show all "watched" items, doing a search for a substitute, I found this program after reading an article here;

This appears to fit the bill (so far). but one feature I do miss is the ability of having a thumbnail of the item within the program as opposed to opening up the full page in eBay.

One issue I see a problem with is when a auction completes, and you won it, this doesn't show your winning bid (without refreshing), just what was there last. It does show final bids on auctions that you 'lost' though which is strange.

Hello, I recently noticed that my chrome extension stopped showing the shortcut that appears on the auction page. I have to assume it's related to the new layout? The issue seems to occur with all pages but the picture below will illustrate what I'm seeing.

I keep getting a error message when I close the program. This happens on two PC's (one tower, the other a Laptop). The program seems to operate ok otherwise. I'm running XP Pro if that matters.

This doesn't always happen. If I re-open the program after I close it with no changes (snipes etc.), it closes without error.

Why doesn't the "Refresh from server" refresh the individual current bids? This is the most important aspect. Going through each and every entry, especially if you have a lot is time consuming.
Also, why aren't deleted entries (done within eBay) removed from the list after doing a refresh?

After reading through a number of the threads in the Stand along support sub-forum and seeing the same mostly silly questions over and over, I'm surprised you can answer all of these day in and day out.

Forum requirements before posting:
1. Do a search first, your question probably has already been asked,
2. Know how the bidding process works, know how to bid,
3. Don't expect perfection, there are no guarantees no matter how you do this,
4. Be sure you are bidding on the correct item, give yourself enough "snipe" time. Three or four seconds is too close,
5. Don't expect these 'mobile toy' Internet devices to work correctly. If the item is important enough, use a 'real' computer' to place the snipe, either their software or their web site,
6. Use MyIBidder's convenient diagnostic testing feature (Options/Settings/Diagnostic/Network test) to confirm the connection with eBay.

I looked through the last 4 pages of threads and came across a couple dated Jan 2009 regarding the ability of sorting, re-ordering and re-sizing the columns. It was stated it was in the "todo" list.

Without coming off the wrong way, three years later, the only change is in the software where you can sort. No other changes have been made regarding these.

Having the auction ending soonest would be the logical way to sort, but I see a purpose to re-order the seller column to group their items together.

The item number (once it is in the list) isn't the most important column, the current and snipe bid would make sense if they were to next to one another and it's annoying to re-size the columns all the time.

I realize this applies only to the software since the web interface is fixed.
