The real final prize of http://cgi.ebay.de/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=190947116734 had been EUR 54,08. I never lost, due to an incorrect bid, but the quoted final prize had been incorrect.

I noticed several times within the last weeks that I was notified about an incorrect final prize.

I don't know whether you changed anything, but the most recent notifications seemed to be ok, no complaints about that.

AFAIK no bid ever failed. Just the info about the final prize was incorrect.

For the last few hours I've been getting the error "The server is overloaded. Please try again later or contact us if problem persists." This happens when I try doing anything and the interface is not responding at all. I've closed the program & reopened, ran ccleaner and it hasn't helped. Any suggestions?

I logged into eBay perfectly fine with my user ID and password but I can not login to the myibidder website. I even copied and pasted it out of notepad (so I know it was right) to login to eBay AND myibidder. But only ebay worked and myibidder.com did not. I do not understand why I cant login.

My ebay user ID is auction-browser. Please let me know if there is anything else I can provide to help in this matter. I have an auction ending in less than 24 hours so I hope I can get this fixed.

In the Snipe These button, the item list is just showing a picture but no item name its hard to know what you're sniping - could the item name be put on?

I tried to run it normally and even in admin mode. Still not working. I'm on x64 Windows 8.1

Hi, i run windows 7 pro. 32 bits operating system & just bought this software to find out that version 1.1.4 will not work on my system., but I tried an earlier version 1.0.38 seems to work ok. Any reason why?

I get this mesaage "Refused login (password problem?)" on EVERY snipe I place that would normally win. This is something that started a couple of weeks ago, and continues today. The last time I was successful at winning a snipe was on 11/06/2013. I do get quite a few "Current bid is higher than your snipe", but those I understand since my snipe was less than the current bid. What I don't understand is why I get "Refused login (password problem?)" on all of the other snipes. Please help

I signed in to myibidder. from the ebay myibid icon. I did a snipe of $37.99 max bid ending in 1 second on this ebay item # 151173531078. I put my snipe bid in several hours before the auction ended.
At the time there was a present bid of $10.00 by one buyer.

Thinking I probably won the bid. I look at ebay and shows the item sold for $10.00. to the other bidder.
Myibidder list item # 151173531078 the below notation:
"My Status: You can't bid on your own items with another account"

The email from myibidder to me states:

"The following bid attempt was placed per your request:
Item #151173531078: Victorian Style Doll Shoes/boots Baby Blue Leather With Pearl "button" Sides.

Snipe: 37.99

I only have one ebay account and one myibidder account. I don't understand why the strange can't bid on your own items with another account? I have not ever sold anything on ebay.

Hi,

I've been trying for half an hour to log in through your site and app to snipe an auction.

I have changed my eBay password, my userID and nothing works. All I get is "Wrong UserID or Password" whether on the PC or the android app every time I try. I am certain that I am typing both correctly and identically to when I log into eBay.

I also get no warnings of any kind when I log into eBay.

Is there anything I could try?

my max bid was $31.98, active snipe, to bid at 6 seconds & the winning bid was $29.28??? All the bidder said was under "time left" column "auction ended".

Is this one of those piece-of-crap applications that works occasionally, but also takes sabbaticals when it pleases?? I used AuctionSentry for years, but they want you to pay for that annually...BUT IT WORKED EXACTLY AS PROMISED EVERY TIME.

I suppose you "get what you pay for" & pay for what you get.

Please advise & TIA.
