I haven't sniped since my Ebay password was updated some time ago. Now, when I start Myibidder for Windows, the connection process fails because the Ebay Password is wrong. When I check the settings, sure enough the Ebay password is my old one. No matter how many times and from what pathway I change to my new password, it automatically reverts to my old one. Can anyone help?

I have got an UDH monitor and the characters are hard to read.
Is it possible to get a setting for fonts I would like to use?

myibidder shows -1 in the maximum offer that I set. And I think no bid was done.

I put my limit at £35 and the app bid straight at my limit rather than a minimum increment, and they then beat me by a minimum increment, and 3 seconds before my lower bid?!

I wish to ask you if it possible to implement the option to snipe on an article or a list of articles from day one. It is capped at 300 seconds now, which means 5 minutes. Can you get the possibility of sniping time beginning from 604,800 seconds, which means 7 days until finish? Or, lets say 3 days or 4...?

It would be life-changing for me. Literally.
The way I bid on ebay it doesn't matter the late snipes but the early ones are the ones that I want. It's the difference between winning 3 bidds a day to winning 30.

Can you do it?

The site should have a feature to allow setting a max bid for a group of items, and optionally taking into account shipping price. Otherwise what is the point of groups?

I'd be happy to try implementing this myself if the software is open source or something.

I bought the software license, but I use only the web service. And I'm missing some features that could be maybe part of a premium account (people who bought the software license like me):

- disable auto deletion of old auctions (I like the possibility to check my auto bid history)
- pasting complete URL instead of searching, copying and pasting the item id
- archived copy of the ebay auction (screenshot or html)


I hope you like the idea.

My snipe on list 292940424990 didn't enter. It was set to 5 seconds.

The status is: "Auction ended".

It seems a bid was put on my behalf, but too late. Is the Myibidder clock late in relation to eBay clock?

I had to reset my computer and when i downloaded myibidder again on sign in it told me i needed to update to version 1.1.4 .. Clicking on the link it then takes me to a page where it says the system is down and to try later. i've been doing this for a week now an my last snipe didnt win even though it was active.. The myibay sniper software is not letting me win autions. In the details window my sniper status says "ebay link is expired please relink" What do I do to fix it?

I recently checked my Nectar points on eBay UK.
The items won using myibidder earned zero points.
The reason stated was as follows :

You committed to buy this item on an eBay site outside of eBay.co.uk, so the purchase does not qualify for Nectar points.

I've checked the eBay country setting and it's set to eBay UK.
This has been happening for atleast the past 5 months.

Will my snipe bid go thru if it's lower than the minimum bid displayed. The seller lowered the initial bid price but it's not updated on myibidder with the current starting price. Went from $250 to $200 but still shows as $250 on myibidder.
