I mistakenly placed a snipe it bid with myibidder on the wrong product. How do I retract the bid?

I have installed the myibidder desktop app on windows 10 and every time i run the app its crashed with message

Hi - I sometimes purchase stuff on eBay using a separate account - I would like to be able to quickly and easily switch between profiles on Myibidder - is this possible? What are the alternatives if it's not possible?

I know this seems counter-intuitive, but I would like to use Myibidder to purchase an item that has a Buy it now listing price (and no auction price). I would like to be able to trigger the purchase at a predefined time (or force the purchase to happen when I want). Is this possible?

Background - I had an opportunity recently to purchase an item that was being sold in a "buy it now" format, but because the process for checking out took so long on this high-demand item, I missed out on the sale. Myibidder's advantage in this situation is it would complete the purchase (and secure the item) allowing me to pay for the item at my leisure.

The apps has recently started to unlink itself from eBay. I have relinked a few times and it will intermittently unlink.

I've missed a few snipes this way.

This has been raised a few times now, I'm afraid this a system problem not user error.

When I log in the current bid isn't updated so it still looks like I am the top bid.

I was wondering how can we view how many credits we have left, I had a look everywhere on the app and online and can not see it.

I have noticed that several items show false readings in my saved items.When I refresh such an item it then shows the correct price as on Ebay.This is totally random and I only picked it up by accident.Thanks.ron

I noticed this recently.
The current bid for example shows 26.45 GBP when in reality the current bid is 21 GBP.
I checked my settings and all seems to be correct so I am now thinking maybe Myibidder is reporting the current bid in US dollars? For me it should be in UK pounds.

I keep getting a Login "Failed" after using the Diagnostics test on MyiBidder. without passing login I can not use program...

1st bidder on a item and I doubt anyone will bid on it. But just in case I placed a snipe. What happens if my snipe is higher than my bid and no one else bids?

I already had ibidder on Android phone, how can I link them?

I have tried using Notes for some of my bids, but all I get is an asterisk instead of the note I have put in, which has been a number. Any help would be appreciated.

I have used Snipe-it often in the past, but not for the last year or so. Now I want to bid for an article on ebay, but the Snipe-it icon does not appear!

What must I do for it to appear, so I can click on and use it?

I would appreciate fast replies, as the article I want to bid for only has 3 days left!

I activated a snipe for an item 163838352836, but snipe didn't work at all. Auction has ended, my maximum bid was bigger than winning bid.
The reason is, it says "My Status: eBay needs additional information: ebay.com/up". When I opened eBay.com/up, it asked me to log in (although I was logged in eBay.co.uk) and provide my address and phone number. So I guess somehow I was logged in eBay.co.uk, but not in eBay.com and that's why it didn't work. In my profile "eBay country" and "snipe target" are both set on United Kingdom.
It still says "My status: eBay needs info", how to make sure that my next snipes will work? Thanks.

This is the first beta version of Myibidder app for Android platform.
It's a huge rewrite and re-design. Most, if not all, of the stuff were re-worked from scratch.

Since this is the first beta release, it WILL have various bugs here and there.
Feel free to report it here to make the app better.

If the forum won't be convenient enough for those reports, I'll consider creating a dedicated tracking for it. Let's try here first.

How to sign up:
If you did not sign up for beta testing, you can do it on Google Play using https://www.myibidder.com/link/android-beta .
Or you can join manually on Google Play: open it using https://www.myibidder.com/link/android , scroll down to the "Join the beta" section and tap "Join".
If there are any serious issues with the beta version, you can always do "Leave" and re-download the original version.
