Hi, For some reason I've lost the icon (radiation sign!) that used to appear below the 'watch this item' text on an item page. As far as I am aware I've changed nothing obvious. Running XP2, FF 352 & Noscript 1984.

Wonder if you advise please?

Here's an auction I tried myibay with:

I had one manual bid in previously at $0.99. I put in a snipe bid of $41 through myibay.

Instead of the bid increment, myibay bid $41 with 7 seconds left. But then ebay shows another bid coming in after mine at $41.04, but the time for this bid was 4 seconds prior to mine. So, why wasn't the bid $1.49, or whatever the bid increment should have been? And how did a bid for 5 cents more than mine appear after mine, even though the time stamp was 4 seconds earlier? I have a feeling this has something to do with proxy bidding, but I don't get it.

Can someone explain what happened?

I just used sniper to bid on an air-conditioner which was at $500. At about 1 min to go there was a bid of $555 which didn't worry me as I had 650 set as my max. 32 seconds after the bid for 555, snipe just put in 650.... why... I was outbid too in the last second... but the bid times don't reflect this...

My max bid was 34.04, but the winning bid was 33.50.

I am not banned by the seller, and live in the same country as them.

What did I do worong, and why did it not work?

Also, by reading other posts someone advised to look up "my Status" info but I cannot find anything anywhere that says "My status".

I tried to snipe an item, and your service fell flat on its face. Item sold for less than snipe amount. You may want to check out your system for bugs. This was for item number 290342052046 whose next minimum bid was 11.10, sold for $10.60, and my snipe was to be for 12.12 and set for 7 seconds prior to end of bidding not the default 6.

I have set up a few groups with my account.
I am currently watching a few auctions and put number of items to win as "1", but later wanted to change that to "0".
However, when I press the update button, it amends itself to "all".
I do not want to win all auctions where the snipe is set, at the meoment I don ot want to win any.

Please advise how I could change it to zero without removing the snipes that are already set in that group (just in case I change my mind later and want to win one).

I would like to be able to add multiple items to the group in one go from the imported watched items list instead of having to add them all one-by-one.

When you create a group, could we tick the items that should be grouped together (there is already a tick box in the first column, not sure what for, but it's there anyway), and then press a button "add these items to the group" and voila!

Also, would be nice to do the reverse: delete the items that are ticked from a group in a press of one button.

Am using Firefox 3.5.2 add-on - currently its not displaying snipe ammount on ebay item description page , initally (2 days ago) it was.
Whem I hit "snipe it" icon and log in snipe displays correct ammount and is ticked as activated.
Any reason why its changed ?

Hi, are bid prices on the main ibay screen not up to date? I check on eBay and the prices are already higher than what's on iBay. Not a major issue, but would like to know what's going on? Thanks.

Just switched from verizon to comcast (workplace mandate) and now can't use myibay. Firefox plugin displays icon but does not work. Direct access to website results in "connection reset" and "host not found" errors. Can anyone offer any insights before I give up an hour to comcast tech support?

This is great! I've been sniping on Ebay for years, but I just found your services. It looks better than what I have been using, so thank you. My only suggestion is that when I click "add" on the window to place my snipe, it would be easier for me if the window would just close without showing the confirmation window which also needs to be closed. I know it should probably be there for casual users, but not having it would save a heavy user from extra clicking. Maybe it could be a setting in the user Profile. Just a thought...Thank you again for the great work!

Q: Are there any limitations on using the Web-based myibay site to snipe?
For example: limited number of days or snipes? Or is it free to use at anytime and won't expire?

I ran several simple checks for price with items that sell regularly such as "Nintendo Wii"

The tool returned no results. What am i missing ?
Is this tool still being supported ?
