Hi guys I'm first timer using snipe and I'm a little confused. I was bidding on a musical equipment which was $300 that highest bid was $305 2 hours before the end. I had snipe to bid 5 seconds before the end and instead bid $310 or something low, it went up to my high bid $350.

I couldn't see "My status" thing either.
Someone said it is on the page I set up. The page I set up has only " File, View, Options, Help" and Icons of Login Logout, settings etc..."

Hello all,

I think I found some kind of bug:
I added a large number of items to one group. Now, when I klick "view items" in the groups-tab, as desired, the first page of items of that group is displayed. But when I click on "21-40" to see the next page, the 21st-40th item of all are displayed (thouse of other groups as well).

Does anyone else have this problem as well?

Snipe did was not bidding. I won the item anyway, but had to do it manually.
Tried on different items, but snipe was not bidding either

Can you please make a tool to delete all ended except the ones won? Let me know. Thanks a lot.

It would be enormously helpful if you could please please add, "WATCHING", & "BIDDING", to the Status field drop down box. It's had to tell at a glance what the status is on all the items I have before bidding has ended. It would be very much appreciated!

So, there are two problems I have on ebay sometimes, that I think myibay could potentially fix.

One is when two of the same item are on, and they end close together. I'd like there to be a trigger so that if myibay sees that I lost the first auction, it would then go ahead and bid on the second.

The second is when I see an item I like. Sometimes, I want to buy other items from the seller, but only if I win the item had been looking for in the first place. I call this the flagship item, and if I don't win it, that's it, I don't want anything else. With a similar trigger, or action, or script or what ever, could myibay potentially link certain other items to the "flagship" item, and only bid on those other items depending on weather or not I won the flagship item?

I have tried to bid on 2 things over the passed couple of days and on both occasions my snipe has not been working...

Any ideas please as I have never had this problem before...

It doesn't give a true reflection of how much an item is currently selling...

When I go to do a search and want to snipe all items in the search window the "Snipe" tab is missing. This must have occurred in the last week or so, I use it a lot.

I have the purchased version but this functionality is awesome.

Please let me know if there is anything I can do to get it back, I have tried uninstalling and re-installing Myibay on firefox.

What function of Notes in Details?
There are fields 'Transaction status', 'Payment Status' and 'Personal notes..'
How can I use them?

Have just loaded windows 7 and myibay appears to work OK. However, there does seem to be a small problem, I have cut and pasted the serial number but the 30 day evaluation notice continues to appear. Do you have an answer? Thanks

New to this forum and already need your help. I have been register with myibay for about two to three years now and i have never had a problem with it until now. worked great on XP, Vista but for some reason it will not take my serial number on windows 7. every time i put the key in, the next time i open the program it tells me i am using the evaluation copy of myibay and i have 29 day left for evaluation.

Is their a problem with my key or is it something to do with Windows 7?

Hope somebody can help with this.

I was bidding on Item number:270473968802 and put in a bid of £10. It ended with highest bid of £9.99 so why didn't I win the auction?

For some reason snipe it is no longer working in ebay. When I press the snipe it icon nothing happens. I have downloaded foxit again as well as the snipe it ad on. No matter what I do I do not get a response when I click on the snipe it icon. Any suggestions?

I've been using this app for quite some time now, but today is the first time I've encountered a missing snipe.

I scheduled a snipe for item 310175761650, for 5 secs before closing, at $166.21. the auction ended at $147.50 instead, and my bid was not placed as scheduled.

I did a Fire fox update yesterday, and for some reason when I went to ebay and found an item I wanted to snipe... I could not find the tab/ Icon to click on....

I have the Fire Fox add on iBay...

I agree, Myiboy was a bad choice (I guess I should listen more to my partners) and other names are either taken or not close enough to the original Myibay name.

The website will be available under Myibay.com name as well so you do not need to do anything on your side.
