Hello I like your service very much and it is a very effective tool. One question, is there a way to add the date that an auction ended, or even better, the time and date?  Currently the column only states "ended" or " time left". Is there a setting that will allow me to add the information that I need regarding the date, or time and date that an auction ended?  I purchase many items each week from ebay and It would be a big help to have this info so that it will appear on the spread sheets that I make in order to keep track of my purchases. Any suggestions or information would be appreciated.  Thank you very much!  Spyros

Hi, I have been using MyBidder for the past 6 months and have found it excellent for most of the eBay auctions I have won. just lately however, my snipe did not work, 3 times now even though my snipe was higher that the winning bid. When setting up the snipe I set the snipe time at 8 seconds and activated the snipe but myibidder just didn't snipe.

I wonder if someone could shed some light on this.

I'm just trying out this software.
I created a group and added 9 items to it.
In the interface on the (windows)app it shows the "current bid", however it still shows the same ones as when I added the items to it. Now more then 1h later some of them have a new bid price, but I don't get them in the interface. Even when I do a "REFRESH" of the item, I don't get the new current bid.

Any thoughts?

myibay website don't refresh the current bid. of object the I follow: he say that there is 1 bit of € 299.00 but in ebay there is 16 bit with the total amount of € 341.00. Is there a problem? the snipe work woith this problem?

I'm using the Firefox addon as it allows me to add similar items in bulk. Was working fine until a few days ago. Now I no longer see the "Snipe It" tab in the search results, however I DO see the option when viewing an item for sale. If I go:

Tools > Snipe it with myibay.com

...I get "No eBay search results in your browser".

This is the same for all searches on eBay.co.uk. Have just tried same searches on the .com site and all is working fine...

I set a snipe, it was not entered as the auction had 0 bids at close. I just started using, but did a test which worked a few days ago.
Is 8 seconds just too tight for dial=up?
Also, in the upper right corner of snipe setting box there is an 'set to block cookies' must this be altered someway?

I have just updated my sniper with the new version and now my key will not work,The software refuses to accept the key and displays the 29 day unregistered version notice, And yes i have typed zero 0 and not the letter o

I've changed my eBay User ID on the eBay site, and now when I'm logging into my account on myibidder.com with my old ID I see all the items I want to buy, but when I log in with my new eBay ID it opens a like new account and zero items.
I didn't changed my eBay account, I've just changed the displayed name.
So should I log in with my old ID and the sniper will work on the items I want to buy, or should I log in with new ID and add those items to that account?

I always use the'snipe these' option but it is no longer there. Am I doing something wrong. The option to snipe within each item there still.

I inadvertently clicked on the "remember my password" option when logging on to myibay the other day. How do change it back?

Firefox 5 on Win 7 64-bit Ultimate

When I have put up a snipe, the value and group appear on the Ebay listing detail just right of the photo. However, this appears at random i.e. I can call up the item to look at it and see my snipe value and group. I can then leave it for an hour or two, do exactly the same, and I do NOT see the snipe and group.

This applies to current listings for which I have raised an active snipe.

It's an incredibly useful feature which avoids having to log on to Myibay every time I want to remind myself of my snipe value, and I'd appreciate advice as to how to fix.

Hello. I am having trouble with the "Snipe These" Tab not appearing in Firefox 6. For single auctions the extensions works fine yet not on multiple auctions.

I've tried Google Chrome and the Myibidder extension works and the "Snipe These" tab appears. However the extension works sporadically and randomly for Chrome. For example if I have a list of 30 items only 4 appear on the actual Myibidder snipe page. Other times all the items appear for a particular seller and the extension works as it should.

Perhaps Ebay changed their webpage format and the Myibidder extension needs to be updated? Please remember that this problem only affects the "Snipe These" tab on multiple auctions and does not affect single auctions. Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you

I have been using myibay for a couple of days, and it worked fine, until today.

Whenever I try to add an item, it says "Item Number is Invalid". However the item number is 100% correct. No item numbers work (I have tried about 20 from different categories). I even tried making up some random numbers, and the only things that seem to work are Auto/Car parts from the US/.com site. I am in the UK.

I was able to add one item earlier by chance, but it won't allow me to add anything else. I have tried to add that item to another eBay account, and it fails.

I am logged in with saved password.
I have also tried using another eBay ID.
I have it set to run on eBay .co.uk
I am on version 1.0.43
I have tried reinstalling the software.
I currently have 3 snipes that are active - 2 I added yesterday, 1 I added today (the program worked for a brief moment to allow me to add it)
I am using Windows 7 x64

I have also tried the online version, which doesn't add anything either (but no message).

Any help?

well i used to have this nice little "snipe it" button on the Ebay Item website well. this is still there but pressing it doesnt bring up this nice little clearly structurated pop up window where the auction is alread in it and i yust put my bid amount in and press ok. instead there is this big window with lotsa comfortable features for power Users and i have to manually add everything. sure i am unexperienced so i am doing something wrong here ? i use firefox latest Version on mac.

I inadvertently pasted the item number in the snipe bid amount box, and it was posted as a $10 billion bid!

There should be some safeguard against posting ungodly bids in error! Perhaps it should ask me to verify that I entered a bid of over a set amount, like $100, or whatever I specify as my limit in my profile, to make sure that I didn't misplace the decimal point!
