Hi - I just set up my first snipe for eBay and I'm wondering if it will happen if my computer is on stand-by or in hibernation. It's a laptop so it goes into stand-by quite frequently.

I want to know, myibidder automatically bid the next selected item if first one failed? For an instance, sometime seller put auctions for more than one item. If the first item goes to the out of bid, this application can automatically start biding the next selected item?

In my situation, seller place 8 items for auction. Still no one bid for some of the items, but items that I already bidded (lets say 1st item) few others. But still that auction under my MyIBidder max bid level.

Are there any way to automatically bid for the next selected item, if the first item goes beyond my max bid level?

At the end of the 3-4 last auctions I'm getting an error message referring me to an error log file "myibay.exe.log".
Luckily, all bids were placed correctly, but this log file is bothering me (see attached log file).
Can you clear the issues referred to in the log file?

AFAIR there was a time when the snipe bid was shown directly within the article view. This is no longer visible.

Did it take too many resources? If not I'd like that back - and even more, to show the snipe amount even in list view for found articles.

Is there any chance to get this done?

Currently I do use Greasemonkey with "old ebay search" which does reformat the display and does add &_pppn=v3 to the URL, which still does permit the wildcard search. A changed list view might support this, too.

For some reason, the Stand Alone program has a box in front of it saying "Connection Status Completed" and it won't go away. I let it sit there for a while and it's been over 45 minutes so far.

Tonight I had a snipe bid on an item (#390619945162), however I did not win the item although my bid was higher than the winning bid.
In reviewing my bid in myibidder.com, it said: "Seller blocked bidders who purchased too many items from him/her".
However, I have never purchased any items from this seller. Yet in reviewing the seller's feedback, I saw that one buyer had purchased 25 items from this seller about 2 weeks ago.
Is the reason I did not win this item a result of a glitch in the system?
Please note that I am not upset about not winning this item because as you can see, it was an inexpensive item and was not essential to my life or business. I am new to myibidder and I just want to understand why I did not win.
Overall I am delighted that I have found myibidder and have used the program to successfully snipe and win almost 20 items since discovering it about a week ago.

Help! First time user here. I've selected an auction to snipe, click the snipe button, fill in the amount on the pop up window, click Apply and I get a pop-up that asks me to enable. I click okay and it disappears. I click on ok again and nothing happens. Where can I go to see that my bid will be placed? Also I can't figure out how to make groups work. I'm doing the free trial and so far I'm not impressed with the ease of use. It shouldn't be this hard to get started.

After deleting an item from my account, ~2mins before the auction finished, the bid was still put in (3 seconds before the item finished).

In the 'my bid' column it says 'no' instead of the bid ammount that was submitted!

My first time using this App.
I had a laptop running alongside my Samsung S2.
When the bidding was finished I noticed my snipe
did not appear on the eBay list of bids.

Another thing, noticed the Mybidder clock was one second faster than that of the eBay clock on the laptop.

Any suggestions gratefully received.

I would like to snipe an item but ONLY if another buyer bids first...an example would help. Some sellers start an item off with a minimum bid of say, $100, but if no no bids come in at the $100 minimum, the sellers will re-list the same item at, say $90 minimum bid. So I would not want myibay to bid at the $100 level unless a last minute bid comes in first, and then I would want myibay to enter the auction. Is it possible to set this up? Thanks

Can I transfer items from the mobile app to the web version?

Hi just recently I am not able to login. I enter my username and password exactly as I have on my ebay app right after I have done it there. It started after I had to reset my password on ebay for an unknown reason. Ebay is working fine now logged in and out multiple times. Tried re installing the app but no luck.

We need a way to see what we are bidding on, and confirm we entered the correct eBay item number...

I bought it to see if that was my problem of the .exe file refusing to open up the software program . It did not fix it . It installed just fine and gave me my short cuts .. but when clicked on , it just spins and will not open up .. this has been going on for over a week .

Message opens as this is incompatible with my version of windows. Windows 7 home ver. Still can not get the program to operate

It seems that some of us need to open up the property's of the software and go in and take possession of the program . Without this , it will not work . Right click to get to the properties and take control by adding yourself as owner with full control.

I have been using this programme to win items on ebay for about 5 years. I had a new laptop earlier this year so had to download it recently when I was looking to buy some items but the programme does not ever make the bids and I don't know why. My bid is registered on ebay but I have lost several items and I am getting frustrated as I always got on so well with this programme and there isn't another one which works as well. Help please.

I am considering buying myibay, but have concerns about security on my Ebay account.

When I use myibay, How is my Ebay user name and password sent through the Internet, and who has access to it?

Is it sent directly to Ebay through their normal SSL protected log in server or does it go somewhere else first and is it sent securely?

Please describe the process that myibay uses to submit my username and password to Ebay from a security standpoint.

Paid Version of 3 days ago downloaded and installed as Admin after removing the current installation . At the end of the installation of paid version it ask to launch .. It does not launch from there or from the desktop or the program file or the menu .
Because i can't launch , i can't provide a screenshot . But , under property's .. i run compatibility and get the error that the program is not compatible with my ver. windows 7 home premium . It used to run about a week ago so i don't see why not now ..no changes have been made and the program itself installed perfectly . After hitting launch , it spins and does nothing..it is not showing up in the task manager as an active program ..
Remove and reinstall does not fix it .. reboot does not fix it . Re-download and install does not fix it . Taking ownership and full control does not help this time . Running in vista or xp compatibility mode does no fix it .
I can't put in the registration code as it wont launch !
